• promoting voluntary work among our members, offering them,  and our employees, a proper training,

• an optimal usage of our resources by concentrating on those services and activities that fit our capacity, potential and experience best
• adapting our programs to the needs and resources of each region
• running our programs mainly with the help of voluntaries, assisted by professionals
• the constant development of our youth group activities
